Please contact us within 30 days and we’ll work with you to resolve any issues you’re having, or organise your return and refund.
If you decide to return your products we recommend you sent them via registered post & insure them just to be safe. Please note you’ll have to pay any postage for returns, Kaleo Pty Ltd will not be responsible for any parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure them. Please remember if you received a gift with your purchase you’ll need to return that also, or we will adjust your refund accordingly.
